December Holidays at The Roosevelt Island School Gifted and Talented

Throughout the month our children will be learning about December holidays around the world. Ms.C. asks parents to come and talk about different holiday traditions from their cultures.

Great opportunity to become part of our children's classroom! For those of us who were born in the US: why not come and talk about your ancestors' culture? Kids would love to learn about German, Swedish, Irish, British or any other traditions! Feel free to be creative - bring props, pictures, or do a Power Point presentations (slide shows) with photos and/or videos, think of some game or activity that would be fun for them.

Please email Ms.C. to coordinate dates and times.
