Schoolyard at P.S./I.S. 217 (Roosevelt Island School)

With the scaffolding finally gone, children at P.S./I.S. 217 (Roosevelt Island School) get to enjoy full access to their schoolyard again.  Pre-K students running around happily with the hula-hoops this morning.
