"Walk For Japan" Walk-a-Thon at the Roosevelt Island School (P.S./I.S. 217)

Thank you to all PS/IS 217 families for the support for our school and particularly the 4th Grade Teachers and classes for spearheading the Walk-A-Thon for Japan! Even with the quick notice, students and families walked to action and were able to raise over $2,400 which Ms. Specker (Teacher to Class 401) presented during the Cherry Blossom Festival on Saturday.
