News from the Gym
Corey Luce/Coach provided information about Kindergarten students' activities in the gym. They are currently working on Step Aerobics - complex physical movements. The exercises include many leg movements: steps, knee lifts, hamstring curls, kicks, side lifts, lunges, straddles down, etc. Arm movements include bicep curls, hammer curls, and tricep kickbacks.
